Eddie is a 20 year resident of Palo Pinto County. In 1998, after graduating high school in the small town of Perrin, Eddie married his wife Lori and they settled down between Mineral Wells and Palo Pinto. A few years later, Eddie decided to follow his dream and pursue his legal education.
Eddie attended Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth where he graduated summa cum laude earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. As a student at Texas Wesleyan University, Eddie participated in moot court and mediation competitions at both the regional and national levels. Eddie is a member of Alpha Lambda Delta, Omega Chi, and Pi Sigma Alpha honor societies. Additionally, he was named as a Guardian of the Golden Shears, a student-lead and student-nominated honor awarded to a select number of students chosen for their academic achievement, leadership ability, and all-around versatility.
After earning an undergraduate degree from Texas Wesleyan University's historic campus, Eddie was accepted to Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in downtown Fort Worth. While attending law school Eddie studied a wide variety of legal subjects, and his main focus was family and criminal law. Eddie received a family law certificate from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law for completing a minimum of 16 hours of family law courses with a minimum GPA of 3.33. During law school Eddie took courses in mediation and family mediation qualifying him as a mediator and family law mediator in Texas.
Now, Eddie is fulfilling his dream by helping his friends and neighbors resolve their legal issues.
